if you want to do a little bit of work, study the credits for Spiderman 3 and contact the various companies listed for props or special effects. One of them should be the guys who made the foam blocks for the movie, and if they still have the RTV molds - apparently they made 30 molds(!) - I'm sure they'd be more than happy to contract a run of them for your project.
