For what its worth I haven't had a reply to a PM either. I think under the circumstances perhaps we can all understand perhaps why. I was thinking of calling RNT to see if there is a chance a order I placed might get shipped in time for Xmas. I know business needs to be conducted but I don't want to feel like I'm rushing them at what might be a bad time. My needs aren't all that important that I can't relax and allow them extra time for both the situation as well as increased volume due to the special prices when they have less time to handle it. I know we all love to get great quality stuff and great prices and can hardly wait for the goodies to arrive.

I must admit its hard for me to relax when I have goodies on order. RNT2's stuff has always been a joy to open up on arrival. I hope they find time to update the website as to whats gone and whats availible. That would help keep the email and unfillable orders in check. If I didn't live so far away I would offer to help them out at no charge. I can buff cups and pack orders! |

I know when I spoke to Jake recently he said that it startled him when the phone rang because the phones had been out due to weather and my call was the first to come through in quite some time!

I only hope that the mail has had no problems in their area as I had a shipment due out this past week from stock.
As a note: Whenever I have internet issues I head to the library, or even the local connected coffee shop. Government and schools are usually good places to connect at. If you don't get an immediate reply from Epiphany, you won't get a faster one by e-mailing her again. She spends more time in the shop than she does on the computer. Every minute at the computer is a minute away from the shop.
Will she get your orders out faster if she is busy answering e-mails? Or will they get out faster if she is working on the orders? Do the math.

Only comment would be, is that if they are having e-mail/server issues, your e-mail may not have got to them! So whether they check their mail once a day, or every ten minutes, you will still not get an answer to your e-mail if you do not resend it.
If you are checking to see whether some items are still available, then for them to respond to your e-mail would make sense to me. To be inundated with orders you cannot fill, and based on their notes, will not fill, will only cause far more work for them and problems. Better to head off the problems, BEFORE they happen.
