In my younger years (starting at age 12) I took every opportunity I could to go and watch any professional magician perform. I am so grateful my parents supported me in my love for magic.

And I always looked for the opportunity to meet them if I could. Some were too busy to meet with me but others were very friendly and encouraged me as I too pursued the art of magic.

I have some very fond memories of meeting magician who are long gone now.

Now that I am older (age 55) I hold those meetings close to my heart.

Several magician who made a big impression upon me you have never heard of nor will you hear about them. Many were local or traveling magicians who knew how to make a good living at magic but they never became famous. To me that did NOT matter. I saw their talent, their showmanship, and their skills...I saw them as masters of magic. That was enough for me.

As the years went by I became friends to several of those magicians....you will to.
I encourage you to go see them, stay after the show and asked to say, "Hello."

You never know what might become of your meetings.

That is so true Steve!

As a kid, I had the extreme pleasure to be able to meet Doug Henning and Harry Blackstone Jr. It was a very inspiring experience. As an adult, I was able to meet David Copperfield.

I have been truly blessed!
