Have any of you received a request to take a membership survey for IBM?

Did you fill it out?

Terry Richardson's name is the reference given. He is the current membership chairman.

What are your suggestions to improve your membership satisfaction in IBM? Services?

I got it today but have not yet filled it out. I plan to, but have not read it so I'm not sure about possible suggestions. Any ideas?

It takes a while. So start with a fresh cup of coffee.

It really does give you a chance to say what you think and make suggestions. I'm glad it is being done.

Greetings, I received the survey and have already taken it and submitted it. It took a little bit of time but it was worth it and I am happy the I.B.M. is asking for our opinions.

It took me about 5 minutes to do the survey. I guess I am not that deep.

I took it. Since when does the IBM offer health insurance? I asked not more that 4 months ago and was told that it was in the works.

I would like to know who to contact about that.

I just filled out the survey and it only took 5 mins.

My one comment....and let me ask for your views out there.

I have heard that some clubs, our does not, require you to perform in order to attend the meeting. I have even heard that some groups make you do an audition in order to join. You have to perform a routine then wait outside while the group decides if you can be part of the club.

My suggestion was to try to discourage this type of activity as it may scare off potential members.

I have filled it out and it took less time than I expected.

My main suggestion would be to hold regional events. We can't all afford the time or expense to make it to the big national convention.

To join our club we ask new members to do 3 tricks at our initiation meeting in January.

I have mixed feelings about it because I agree it can scare off potential members, but nobody is expecting to be blown away by an awesome performance (even though that's a possibility). When I went through it I was nervous, did 3 quick tricks that I was sure everyone had seen a thousand times, and found the members to be very receptive and encouraging. When the evening was over I had a feeling of accomplishment, felt like a member, and knew I wouldn't be so nervous the next time.

I just took it. I have been very satisfied with my I.B.M. experience overall. There is one question that asks if you had a magic wand, what would you change, so I was able to vent about my one, single beef.

Plus, I could win a prize!

Please, don't take the survey. I want to increase my chances of winning!

Yours,

Paul
