I do not know if this effect has surfaced, as of yet. I have seen Sir T do a verison of this, based on messages, if you can't get this one get messages!
"MESSAGES" took over five years to create and perfect. Just imagine taking a blank piece of paper, laying it on the table and then slowly a "Ghost Message" begins to appear in blue ink before everyone's eyes. (You don't touch it again after you lay it on the table.) The piece of paper is then handed to a spectator to read. They are then told to fold the paper and keep it as a memento of the evening. The next time they look at the paper, it's BLANK again! Everyone who has seen it goes nuts because it has to have been done by a Ghost.Yes, it does use a chemical (where to order is given) and an easily replaceable, inexpensive something. The chemical is not dangerous but is Toxic if ingested. The instructions include my own routine but it is certainly one you can adapt to your own style. You could even use it for a prediction. For 25.00 and a little thought, you too can work the above effect. Rest |

Not really bumping but with Halloween coming up this would be a good time for the trick to surface.

Perhaps it was but a chimera.

Was this effect ever published and released? I remember reading the first post on this thread and how it really got my curiosity up. Did this really happen or was it fabricated through hear say.
Thank you guys

I still use the method, I started with and I will be honest, if this is released, I can see where the legal issue came in, try the method as already published and I will leave it up to you to figute out how to turn the paper

Blood evidence is like A/B blood. It's not heat activated, or whatever this effect purportedly used, it takes two chemicals coming together.
Frankly, I think this whole thing was bull. It was a prank to rile everyone up and lead them on, it never happened, but SirT threw a monkey wrench in the plans by coming up with a real viable method ! To wit: First the guy describes an almost impossible effect - the paper is real, the ink is real, etc.. no visible or known heat source around, unless those 4 stones were minature space heaters sent back in time from the 22nd century. Then he is let in on the secret. He won't say what it is, or even a clue. Then we "find" it is "new" and "unmarketed", a supposedly original idea. Then it is soon to come to market ! A month later there is a teaser. After that there is silence. Nothing. No explanation even attempted as to what happened to this "soon to be on the market" trick. That's the real definition of a "trick" ! I didn't notice, did the original post occur on April 1st by any chance ? I'd have to go back and then lose everything I just typed. Just a thought - if those stones were hollow, contained a small amount of sponge inside each one, saturated with chemical Z, and chemical Y was dried, invisible on the paper, the fumes might trigger the reaction. That's still different from how this effect was described however. The writing didn't fade in, per se, it was written right in front of them - - left to right, like real writing would occur. Perhaps only the stones on the left of the paper are loaded then, and as the fumes work their way over.. seems like a pipe dream though. If it worked on fumes, the odor would most likely be detectable, unless the chemcial is odorless too (now we're really getting on unlikely territory).
Just hanging out with the rest of my fellow dregs.

I just watched one of the THEM shows on tape and one of the performers did this effect (more or less). So, barring tv tricks, it's out there ... somewhere....
