Paul Pacific. I love doing the last two aces at same time in two hands. Where did that come from? Or is it yours? Do you mind if I try it?

This is an excellent version. Very nice. Is it in print.
Posted: Mar 3, 2011 7:20pm Hey Pete, I thought that "Startled" was the best you have seen? What's with using someone else's routine? Just kidding. I just know that you have pitched "Startled" every time a "Dream of Aces" routine has been mentioned so I was wondering why the turnaround?

Thanks Pete for the kind words!
The two-handed vanish is not mine. As far as I know it is a move from Alain Choquette. I felt the same way you did when I saw it. Somehow with two simultaneous transformations it appears quite stunning!

Edh -- whoever you are -- I love and ONLY do STARTLED... but think the two at once might speed things up and get to the finish quicker. May test it out to see if it plays better.
Nothing wrong with trying to improve things.

Nothing at all wrong with what you say, Pete.
BTW, I am Edh. Thanks for denigrating who you think I am.

That's your full name? Note: I happen to be a person that really thinks people should post under their real names.

I had the late Neil Lester (cards by Martin) make me many custom gaffs, including a Macdonald,s aces set, a Magician vs. Gambler set, Five Card Polka set, Dazzling Backflips set, and many more.
I have never seen anyone make custom gaffs with the attention to detail and quality as Neil did. His inlay work was simply magnificent and unbelievable. for an interesting version of Macdonald's aces, may I suggest "quick Macdonald" in the "magic of Mary Wolf" section of John Mendoza's JOHN: verse two on page 107. |

I just ordered a set of cards from Bernd and am so looking forward to receiving them. Bernd met my needs and was prompt to send my order out the next day. Will post back when I receive them.
Again, thanks Bernd... allen |
