You can probably also get that through Bruve Kalver (creator) as well.

You can easily hold it using a black and decker hand drill.

Terry Elton made a stand out of I think PVC http://themagicofterryelton.com/

He's got some GREAT routines as well especially the salt routine.

I bought a cordless $16 drill at Home Depot and used a jigsaw to cut a hole the size of the handle in several pieces of wood. I stacked the pieces, glued and nailed the wood to a base and painted it. The whole project took about an hour and cost nothing using spare wood around my garage.

You can buy the stand here, but it will run you $100 - http://www.tophatprod.com/store/product.......3&page=1

This is the perfect drill to turn it IMHO - http://www.shrunklink.com/bkgu . Except the one I got at Walmart is packaged differently and only costs $8.97! If you don't have something to turn your illusion then I highly recommend you get this one!

Using this B&D Screwdriver I tested it on my Mom, Dad, and two sisters (13 and 21) and all of them reacted like crazy both ways; and it didn't work on my 13 year old sister with the previous screwdrivers I tried. I also used it in my show and 40 kids were there; just about all of them reacted.

The BD screwdriver from walmart is the one I got. My disc would wobble though and come loose from the screwdriver because the screw was too small. Someone suggested electrical tape.

As for the stand, it's probably better to do it handheld. There shouldn't be a difference in effect on audience. Also you'll carry less props.
