Does anybody know if sticking a small amount of fun tact on a kennedy half dollar will leave any residue or discolor the coin in any way?

I use it in some of my work. Doesn't leave any sign whatsoever.

Hehe. Are there any color sugggestions to use. Blue, orange, yellow? Which color has the least tendency to flash to the audience?

I have to admit I only thought it came in blue! lol
Personally I would lean toward blue. Orange and yellow might be a little too bright color-wise. Then again I suppose it could depend on the application you're using it for... |

It's not a bad approach as long as you understand you will likely wind up with gunk in your pockets, lint in your funtac and have to wipe down your coins after just a few performances.
...to all the coins I've dropped here

I keep them stuck together, sort of like a cheap magnetic coin set. They rest in my pocket together. Plus, all my lint I keep in my other pocket for another routine I perform with it. For real lol. That's one problem solved hehe.
