I beleave you can busk and pitch at the same time. The key to this success is where you do it. I don't think this is for the streets but more for markets, festavels, boot sales and flea markets. You all so need a good set up. A small stage, speakers, a small dealer both to the side that you have maned by staff. The pitch happens on stage, instead of a girl in the box you could use an exibit that you normally use for a grind show, step right up for a small donation and see the unbealeavalble. You keep them hanging by the promise of exposuer of a trick that you performed during your build s&l and now comes your blow off.

I have worked this method on and off for years, it means I can be very versaltile indeed. I can use the same set up for my magic show, my grind show and my pitch. It is allso very undercover IE this has got me in events for free and sometimes I have got paid to pitch, why because it looks like a magic show. Jimmy Dixon is not smiling but I bet he is bloody laughing.

In the past I have used a dagger box, all I have worked s&l then cups and ball for the hat. keep them hanging for by the promise to expose the s&L, now step a little closer I am going to tell you how it works, instead you pitch your heart out.

Dispite the roumers it works, the last saterday I worked I took 722 euros at a car boot. My stall cost me 6 euros for the day I made my money in less than 5 hours.

Well Mario you can believe what you want but I worked with Jimmy Dixion for years and trust me he dosen't BUSK. I have done his "pitch" many times and have busked a few times and the two aren't even close to being the same.

I'm not saying it can't be done nore saying you haven't done it,just saying Jimmy Dixion never did the two.

I agree with you, what I said he using busking technique that does not mean he is a busker. In the same way a Busker can use a grafter technique, that does not make them a grafter. Why else whould a busker by your dvd the crowd build.
