Okay!! here it is "latenite" again...been have some drinks and watching hockey... two (count 'em!) games on tonight...and I'm not gonna post 4 posts in a row (check above for "royal geekdom")!!!!
Also NO more "hype" about this effect...and I WILL (do my BEST!!) to have a link to a YouTube video of this effect up by next Monday evening at the latest!! Remember, I'll be "NEW" at this so the "handling" and patter won't be as "smooth" as it might be later on...so as Chris Burman says on ESPN...some "rumblin...bumblin...stumblin...(geekin?)"...but at least you guys will see how this looks anyway!!! And I can post another link when it's/I'm better!! Gonna try and get this in ONE "take"...we'll see!! |

Hey!! Now that's a great way to get more posts!!!
Just go around the 'Cafe and find short posts, 'specially if it's one that's a "smart remark" about something they haven't seen yet and know nothing about...copy it and say anything like "that goes twice for me"...or whatever!! If you don't have enough posts to get into the "Banquet" area or whatever...you will soon!! I'm looking very forward to learning more about this and will comment WHEN I do. Do hope the video is up soon!???? "..that's Jeff Jarrett...J..E..double F.....J..A..double R...e...double T!!!...Jeff Jarrett!!!!..." |

Lol, Harv has almost 600 posts, which is in fact, quite more than enough to get into the banquet area

Okay guys...I did the "version" of this where it's a "no/pre torn 'paper" first!! Now all you gotta do is get past the "royal geek" doing it...you notice I look a lot like a movie star of the 1950's..."The Blob"!!! Anyway...I'll post the full T&R 'paper soon...but at least we finally (F I N A L L Y!!!) have a real video of this being done where you can see it comes out of a sandwich bag...and goes back into one like I said!!! Heck...maybe I'll "just" do it this way from now on (it does re-set from the actual way it's done here in less than a minute...well...57 seconds done "not fast" and is a great and faster way to do this so they get to keep the paper and the 'bag !!) and can be done working out of the vest/coat pocket IF you like wearing one!! Like I said way earlier on here...this IS a "rough" version of this and will be BETTER with practice...but anyway...a real, actual VIDEO of this!!! OHhh..we had a power outage...and then everybody in the house hear got sick (except for me but NOT easy to do a video with everybody, and kids, on the 'puter the last few days!!) I was NOT gonna come back on here with any kind of "pencilneck excuses" unless I had at least some version of this!!!! So here it, and I'm am is..or are...or...well HOPE you like it or find it interesting anyway!! Any questions about this...I'll be more than happy to answer...without giving away the actual handing and all!! OHhh Frank, please be kind to those on here (maybe no more "ZZz"...or "double ones"???) And YES you can post this *link* on any 'sires where I don't have enough postes to go!! Will PM you more about this soon!! Thanks for your patience guys!!! |

Just saw the video (without sound, unfortunately) but wanted to mention the point where you show both sides of the pages afterward is great. Glad I stumbled onto this thread!

Nice Tom. Separating and showing or passing out the restored sheets is very cool.

Okay...no more "notes"...other than to say how GOOD this looks!!!!
I've watched it several times today and think I might know where the pieces went...but sure don't know HOW!!! I'll post this where I can on here ("Secret Sessions" or wherever) I'm sure others are going to "wonder" also!! Never seen a tear, "no tear" or other, that's this CLEAN!! Does the "full tear" you mention look this good also?? |

Hey Frank!!!!
And anybody else!!!...I'm almost at "50 posts" so will be able to post about this any and everywhere on here!!! AM "WORKING" on getting the total "from full paper from a sandwich bag...to torn into 64, count 'em, pieces...back to restored and back into the sandwich bag" workings "right"...and a video done and a *link* posted on here in the next week or so!!!! I did the "no tear version" as an afterthought when I set up to do the video...but then decided to do that way first...and work on getting it better after that!! As they say in Africa..."sofari...so goodi!!" OHhh...sorry!! Anyway..watch for this on here in the near future!! OHhh...both my wife...and others on here ...and Gene Anderson (yes!! THE Gene Anderson!!!) have told me they LIKE the "showing the two big pieces of paper instead of paging through the 8 pages" better...so I'm working on doing that way with the patter also!!...so look for that when I get the final version (*YouTube* link)on here soon!! THANKS guys!!!!! |

Tom!!
Glad to hear you have (almost) enough posts (well...enough by now!!!???) so you can post on here anywhere about this!!! HOPING to see a video link to where we can see the full tear from start to finish of this!!! Let me/us know when we might expect this!! Thanks for the PM's in the recent past...but now I guess we and everybody can share about this as you get this ready??? |
