Jon Jon Jon...the worm is so strong they are going to stop in their tracks. You'll see and then just pick up the deck and go on with the Svengali pitch like you always do.
Its going to work easier than you think. Don |

I started with Don's Svengali Pitch DVD, which also has the Worm Pitch as a bonus piece; all the basic moves and the setup/handling are there. Then I added some ideas from a Mouse Pitch that I saw, as well as a Worm Pitch tape that I picked up from my worm wholesaler. Also got some more ideas from the demo on the Squirmles website, and added a few ideas of my own, which came about almost accidentally while I was just playing around with the worm (no jokes here, please!). So it is really a combination of lots of ideas and also lots of demos, where I learned real fast what worked and what didn't. Since I am now working my way through my tenth gross of worms, I figure it's been a LOT of demos!! I will also say that working with the worms is a great introduction to IT work, and has enabled me to move into stuff like the LeClair Animator and the Floating Bill very easily. As I've said before, pitching can also help to make you a better (as well as a richer) magician. SETH

Received the gross of SS Adams cards today.
Took 8 days by FedEx from NJ to SAT. Took 'em 3 days to charge my debit card. (Seems like a very long time compared with the other guys.) The cards seem MUUUCH slicker than the Lo**us cards. (Or maybe the last "other guys" deck I have is dirty!) But they are in VERY generic boxes of 12 PLUS the card box (red) doesn't say Svengali or magic or anything. Looks just like the box in the FunInc catalog. Makes me wish I'd saved some of the other "Magic Cards" boxes. And of course, you have to set up the deck because the key cards are all packed together, as Seth stated previously. The 3 cards with the instructions have "Fun,Inc." on the 6th side. I scanned all 6 sides and put them all on one sheet to show the prospects. So I actually have an instruction sheet as in Don's DVD, even tho the instructions are on cards. I'm truly eager to see how they go at the 3-day show, starting tomorrow. Kind of a flea market-type that happens once a month. I've done it previously but was always outside in the summer. Believe me, it's kinda cool inside the "barn" and I'm the LAST space before the junk guy, so I don't look for a wonderful weekend. Hope my fingers don't freeze to the cards. Jon |

Thanks Don .... I might add also that buying the video is the best thing I did... made the money back from my purchase after the first couple of hours.
Cheers, Alan |
