Pecan for me, and many happy thanks for reminding us....
Dear Abby's recipe, and maybe with a double shot of Woodford's for that Kentucky Bourbon Pecan Pie flavor. ....mmmmm.... No contention in this thread!

Warm apple pie with a slice of cheddar melted on top. Yep, I said it, cheddar cheese on apple pie. That and my brother-in-law's pumpkin chiffon that is the reason I celebrate Thanksgiving.

Matt
I always have a piece of pie on March 14th, usually at 1 minute before 2:00. It is a tradition in my home. Tony |

Key lime for me, too. I have all the ingredients in the fridge/pantry. All I need is about thirty minutes to whip and bake, along with an hour or two of refrigeration, and VOILA!
You've inspired me!

Hey thanks Slartibartfast. I haven't had really good strawberry rhubarb pie since my grandmother passed away years ago.
I'm going to give your recipe a shot! |

Add some tapioca (1/2 to 1 Tablespoon or so) to the mix if you like your pie a little less juicy. It will firm up the juices nicely.

Seriously, hot apple pie with a clomp of vanilla ice cream in top.
