You should be able to change your e-mail by clicking on the "Edit Profile" link in the upper right hand corner of the Café.

That's correct. You can change your email whenever you wish unless you're using a free server like hotmail or gmail for example.

Problem I have right now is - I can't find my password.. do I have to request a new one and then take it from there?

As long as you can still access your old email address, the "Forgot Password" link on the sign in page should email you with instructions. Once you're logged in and can complete the profile form you should be good to go.
