Mine is "One More With Feeling" from Buffy The Vampire Slayer.

Forget that I dig the Buffy show, the music in the musical is fantastic. Every song.
I had expected it to stink, 'cause it was a TV show. Hands down my favorite.

Love the Buffy and Angel series, too.

I like the "Once More With Feeling" episode as well although some "Buffy" critics mentioned that Xander got off lightly considering he brought a demon into the world. (Ignorance of the results is no excuse.)

I like "Singing In The Rain." Favorite stage musical would have to be "Into The Woods." My wife is fond of "Rent."

Phantom of the Opera, also Rocky Horror Show. Hard to pick either one, depends on my mood.

Les Miserables (best THING I ever saw, hands down).

Wicked (new cast is much better than the original).

I've never seen Phantom live.

I have seen Phantom live only in Vegas (Venetian) and even if it is shortened from the original, all songs are in place. Its really spectacular. Brilliant use of stagecraft thruout the show. And the fastest chandelier drop in the world.

Straight men don't like musicals!

Why don't you just come right out and ask: Which is your favorite Barbara Streisdan album...lol!

Gee, I better tell my father-in law he cant come to musicals anymore...must be a shock to him...Its a good thing that I know I am gay so I am free to enjoy them.

Still Justin, you being in New York I kinda suspect you hop on the bike and quickly head for Broadway every time you can...in disguise of course...

I can't stand Barbara, so I must be a cross dresser.

It is so cute when they pretend to be butch....

On stage I really enjoyed the shows like Annie, Mame, oh I loved Will Rogers Follies. All of the standards. I didn't care for Assassins or Chess.

Movie musicals Grease, Paint Your Wagon, and of course West Side Story.

Yeah! Robin and the Hoods (is that right?), kind of Guys and Dolls with a different city. I've not seen that in a long time.

No, no. That's a different movie. I meant the actual movie version Of Guys and Dolls with Frank Sinatra and Marlon Brando. You're thinking of "Robin and the Seven Hoods".

See that? I dropped the seven before I posted because I wasn't sure it belonged there. I know it is a completely different movie but the same general story line, both are great movies.

I don't think I've watched "Robin and the Seven Hoods" all the way through. But I've seen the other one a dozen times.

I pretty much hate musicals, but the Buffy one has killer music and an incredible story.

Of course A Hard Days Night and HELP I could watch once a month.
