I can't begin to tell you how many hours I've spent on juggling and dog toy websites recently! With very little avail. Bill Palmer might know, there is very little he doesn't know.

I feel ya. I'm looking for three red ones. I haven't tried online but I've been to all the usual places -Wally World, Toys R Us, etc. with no luck

There seem to be lots of dealers on-line. I don't know what your precise requirements are. But:
These guys have 2.5" Kong red rubber balls: http://www.nextag.com/solid-rubber-ball/search-html And these folks have 3.5" red rubber balls: http://www.strictlypetsupplies.com/_0755......r-Ball-3 Those are just the first 2 hits. There seem to be quite a few others.

Umm, can't Brian Dube make 3 inch silicone black balls?
They do manufacture them themselves. Wait, I don't think he can make black...you'd have to ask.

Lacrosse balls, you can buy white ones real cheap from a sporting goods store and paint them. They also come in a variety of other colors. I just did a quick searh and it looks like STX lacrosse made black lacrosse balls at one time, but are now off the market, maybe you can find some online.

Thanks for your thoughts so far.
I found an almost perfect one today just the wrong colour, Lyndel did have a good suggestion and perhaps painting it might be an option. I've found a black lacrosse ball, nice work Ryan! It might be a tad small tho, anybody have any experience with painting rubber balls? Does it stick well and will it chip if bounced?? Thanks! |
