My favorite packet trick was invented by magician, Steve Dobson. It's called the "Other World Poker Hand" which is great for laymen and magicians. Here is a clip to the youtube video where I have a post.

I came up with the same results. The "Other World Poker Hand" explanation is in Steve Dobson's lecture notes. I'm looking for a source for you and will let you know if I come up with anything.

B'Wave one of my favorites. Its easy, self-working and it blows people away. Again, B'Wave by the one and only Max Maven.

One of my favorite packet effects was "Circus" by Phil Goldstein. It featured The Great Jumpini and was just a lot of fun to perform. No longer produced. It should be brought back.
by EVILDAN....
"The Coin Board Book" - moves and routines with the coin panel board. - http://www.lybrary.com/the-coin-board-book-p-827955.html
"SLASHER - A Horror Whodunnit" - a bizarre close-up routine based on Bob Neale's "Sole Survivor."
PM me for more info.
"Zombie Town" - a packet effect about how a small town turned into zombies. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=nzJhcoJtyOM

Great effect, I really liked it. For a moment it looked exactly like We'll twist from the Complete Works of Derek Dingle, but the last phase was a nice addition. You might want to check the Dingle book; it shows a display at the very beginning so that you can start showing 4 face down cards.

It was never really away Dan. I had that in the seventies. Hank Lee STILL had some in stock only a FEW months ago but when I decided to pick one up the other day it was no longer listed. Guess after 30 plus years he finally sold them all.

That's just another "packet ambitious card" of which there are plenty. "Circus" was also funny. SmileA couple of other good packet effects that include an apparent ambitious sequence before the cards change, THEN also reveal selected cards are Peter Duffie's "Stund" and Cameron Francis's "Duplicates" - both of which end immediately reset to perform again.
