Hello
After much editing on Paint, I managed to get the pic size to below 15kb. But the smallest resolution I can get is 320x480. So basically it's impossible for me to get a pic 100x100 (if I understand correctly). Is there some free software (freeware) I can use to lower the resolution on a pic? Or can you make some kind of concession for me?
