I saw a book listed in the For Sale section called Encyclopedia of Impromptu Card Forces. It prompted me to inquire about what other publications are dedicated to this topic. Can you guys help me out?

Thanks in advance.

Annemann's book is not specific to cards. I'm interested in books dedicated to card forcing.
