Why do you ban free email services, such as Yahoo, Gmail, and Hotmail?

Long story short, it allows Internet trolls the ability to join the Café (using a free email), cause trouble then once they are banned from the Café quickly re-join (using a free email service) and quickly do it all over again. 'Nuff said.
