Hi all:

Take a 'gander' at this:
(Hopefully I did the link correctly?)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ql2D8xL

If not, sorry!
Go to youtube.com
Click on broadcast yourself.
Go into the search box, type in Jull23.
First vid. on left, top. "Magic Trick"

(I looked at this 20 x's, you all know what I was looking for!)

Anyway, does anyone know if this is out in the marketplace, if true? Which I doubt!

Again, Sorry!
My link doesn't take you to it.
After you get to You Tube, just go into the search box.

Thanks!

I viewed it and to me it looks like a edited video. Look at how the cards are placed. At first they are touching and then there not.

The effect is not a transposition of two cards, but is moving of two cards slightly.

The method is incredibly simple. It's exactly what you were looking for, Sixten. I'll PM you exactly what/when tips it.

The OP alerady found what he was looking for. He found it was not a good trick.

Watch it again Smile

It is a trick, but its not a magic trick - you could only do it with a video camera (hint) !

If it's not a magic trick then why not say what it is. It wouldn't be exposure as it's not magic.

It's a video editing trick. When he disappears out of shot then comes back to reveal the "transposed" cards, you can see the cards slightly spring away from each other before the hand comes into shot to do the reveal.

May have been edited in software, I suspect it was actually the camera just paused, the cards swapped, then recording resumed ...
