Based off of SEVEN THE HARD WAY by Reed McClintock, this is 3 THE EASY WAY.
Thanks Reed... I loved your initial routine, and this is my version. My version of his routine simplifies the beginning, explains what's happening (in a goofy manner of speaking), and allows for the showing off at the end. Plus, I take the credit for turning 4 coins into 7 without doing anything... you'll see. The patter is mine, unfortunately... don't hold that against Reed. I know I've uploaded quite a few videos over the past three days, but don't worry- I think you'll like them. Here's the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ss2Bh2PN0cs And I hope to hear your thoughts. (BUT NOT ABOUT THE DANCE... I DON'T TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS AFTER THE MAGIC...) Is the patter too much? I thought it would be different, but not so much to confuse.

Very magical. I like your relaxed, sort of easy going manner.

Glad you guys liked it!
So the patter was not too confusing then. I don't know whether it took away from the performance or not... it was just something I thought would be interesting to test out. Scott. |

I liked the fact that the real work needed to get there is not underlined: real art is the alleged absence of skill. Your routine seems so easy and cool: this is what makes it magic.

I didn't find the patter confusing at all...actually I really enjoyed the whole routine. Have you tried it quicker, kinda like a auctioneer-esque angle explaining it exactly the same way. I could already picture a layman’s eyes crossing from the visual overload.
Great work!! |
