Does Qualatex make glow in the dark balloons? I've seen the entertainers pack, the carnival pack, assorted traditional, and neon pack.

Glow in the dark imprints only that I know of. 11 inh rounds clear with stars imprinted on it.

Neon is all... You can stick small 7 cents glow sticks in them that Ed Chee sells.
