I don't know if this guy is a member of The Magic Café, http://www.youtube.com/user/Illusionman2
but his YouTube channel is full of him performing home made copies of other people's illusions. Most performed at a level that is tantamount to exposure. Sure, what he's doing is not illegal, but is it ethically wrong? If he was a member of The Café, or the IBM or SAM, should he been thrown out? If not, then what do you have to do to get thrown out? (PS: If you thought his 'Laser Cutting' was bad, take a look at this clip! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uec33oiVovk The kid is a great reason to use a condom).
