I don't know if it's something that's always happened and I haven't noticed it before or if it's just with recent decks, but the last 3 bicycle decks I've opened have had this "pop" in them which is really annoying for practicing, it usually stops after a day but for that day it is really annoying. Basically the whole deck will pop and stay bent either inwards or you can pop it outwards, it works with smaller packs as well. Is this normal and is there some type of solution for it or do I just have to live with it? I added a picture so you can see what it could look like if you popped different parts in different directions, why hold a break when your deck does it for you!

As you said, the condition is usually gone after a days handling. The cards are getting acclimated to their surroundings. Natural breaks are not that bad, are they? You could try faroing the deck half face up and half face down and put them back in the card box for a day also.
Just a thought.

I have been aware of this imperfection with Bicycle for many, many years. What you should do BEFORE buying a deck is to feel them out. That is, press the center of the card case from both the front and back with the thumbs. You'll notice that "pop" (hump) if it is present. Just put them back and pick out another deck. Keep going until you find one that passes. Won't take long.

I don't believe this is limited to Bikes. I'm pretty sure that you will get this with any casino-grade card stock. eg: Bees , Tallyhoes, etc...
I have put these discrepancies down to humidity and overall climate. I live in Brisbane, QLD , Australia and the weather here can change from a tropical storm to a bone dry dust storm in a matter of a day or two. As you can imagine, this plays havoc on my decks. The other thing I have found is that weather/climate doesn't affect old and worn decks as much. So all I can recommend is that you either: 1. Chuck your 'poppy' deck back in the box, and read up on some theory. OR... 2. Whip out a stack of your mangy old pasteboards and see what you can do in the interim.

Yeah I just got one of my old decks out while leaving the new one in my clip for a day, was more an annoyance than an issue, but I just wanted to check if there was an easy way to solve it in case there was

I've had the same problem. Especially if I leave my cards out of the box and its a little hot.
