I saw the footage from carson online. They both have a little diff. routines. I think that would be a great opener for a mc

It's Art Metrano's routine.
He performed it on many shows, not just Carson, both on TV and live appearances. He had several variations of it, and came up with all the gags, and also humming the tune "Fine & Dandy" while doing it The kid on YouTube was doing Metrano's routine, and to the same rave reactions I used to get when I peformed Metrano's routine as a kid in camp.
