Can anyone suggest the best brand of Telekinetic Timber? I believe Harbin was the originator of this effect.
1. Palmer Magic makes one in a single block. 2. Ananta Deb Banerjee of India makes one version with two blocks. 3. And then there are the unknown makers. Suggestions? Bob Koch originally sold this as The Poltergeist Block. and I would love to get my hands on one of these old ones! Is it possible to hand-make a reliable version of this item? I would rather use a piece of driftwood instead of a rectangular piece of lumber! Thanks, Autumn

I would also like one that is not a cleanly cut block, but looks like a natural lump of wood. I have yet to find one. Cesarel makes a pk twig, which is very nice, but it's not the same thing.

May I know which websites I could visit to get the best -if not, the most reliable- telekinetic timber?
I've read some of the threads here and people are agree that there are several different manufacturers hence there are different qualities for this prop. I want to know which one is the most reliable and where I can get them. Thanks.

Steven's carries them and I trust their products and service. I know it is the "Telekinetic Timber" and is not a knock off.

This one is quite versatile and works for both effects - i.e.: (a) As Telekinetic Timbers (Making use of two blocks). (b) As a Telekinetic Block (Making use of one block). The quality of workmanship (I mean aesthetically) is just about satisfactory. The retail PRICE in Indian Rupees is 765 (approx US$17). Hope this helps!

Hi Ustaad, you can't be serious, US$17?? While others will charge for about $50.
Is it durable? Rotten, do you Stevens Magic Emporium? Or perhaps there is another famous "Steven" for selling good quality props? Thanks.

One and the same. I have been using them almost exclusively for many years. Good quality is right.

That is my 'Hoodoo Protection Block' for use during seances to contain wayward spirits.
Just an example of what can be done by way of customization with a TK Timber. |

I've the Bob Koch TK Timber and haven't had any issues at all with this. Works 100% and is totally examinable without you breaking into a sweat. Lovely piece of work.
Dennper - love what you've done with yours. Time for me to get a little Pot Dichromate out and age mine a little. Cheers, Matt |

My TK Driftwood 'may' be of interest to some who enjoy moving 'wood'.

LOL....it is not made of plastic and it does not look like plastic. Without the lighting it looks like a piece of petrified driftwood.
