A juggling ball is best made with tennis balls. If you like the smooth finish you can cover them with balloons.

I've used the balloon idea for years to change the colors of balls for special events. I've worked some corporate gigs that wanted specially colored props. And this is also a great way to extend the life of bean bags that might be getting a little worn.
I personally don't like tennis balls because they are too light. Years ago when I was learning five and did not have the funds to purchase a set of bean bags for practice, I filled tennis balls half full or so with popcorn to make practice balls. Now, many years later, and many sets of deteriorating bean bags, I have more practice balls then I can shake a devil stick at. Ciao' Kevin Kevin |

Let me make myself more clear. You must fill the tennis balls 3/4 of the way up with something in order to get the ball to die in your hand. Use shoe goo to seal the ball. Fill them with buck shot, or pennies. (not pop corn)
