I just released a revised eBook called CHOP SIGN filled with ideas, Moves, Sleights and routines for enhancing your Chop Cup or traditional C&B effort. The original 'book' was too complicated and the Kup & Stone GUIDE extracted as a separate document. The remainer is now a separate eBook available on eversway.com for $9.99, but
