Yeah Daffy. Not too shoddy is he? He and his brother used to play the clubs and pubs and I got to see them quite a bit. They could really get a crowd going.

His brother is a great player too.

He's fast, but I can't say I like his tone.

Might have a lot to do with those strings. They are thick as ropes!

The question is--

Have you ever heard Dean Dill play?

A great magician and an amazing guitarist!

He really should put out a CD.

Thanks Daff, absolutely superb.

I can’t even begin to fathom not only how long it took to practice that one tune and hit it perfectly, but the god given talent to do so must be off the Richter scale.

Here’s my contribution, most likely some will know them because they where a big time band in the 70’s selling millions of records.

But for those of you who don’t…

Hughie, a.k.a. “flame”, (the gentleman in my signature) is the singer and songwriter of this particular number playing the Fender. Of which he was inducted a long time ago into Fender’s guitar list of living legends.

Billy is playing the Les Paul, he was a fabulous singer, songwriter and guitarist in his own right.

I loved both you guys, you brought so much beauty into this world.

Kihei,

Believe it or not, I believe Tommy was mostly winging it..improvising as he played.

Guitar playin' magicans? John Zander, who is out of magic now, was a professional studio guitarist who played with guys like Michael Jackson. The lead guitar player from Ghost of an American Airmen, an Irish alt rock band, is a magician last living in St. Louis at last sighting.

Maybe on his next DVD he'll have a bonus clip of him playing.

When you got some time, (if you are interested), I can tell you a little bit about how he got started.
