My wife won't let me have a girlfriend. But from what I recall, they were way better than magic.

I never show my wife tricks cuz she hates both me and magic. I do vent my dogs though and I'll have them go with me to see her and they will say they are doing a trick but because they lack thumbs I'll be doing the handling for them. Then the dog walks me through the trick. If it is good she'll tell the dog how wonderful it was.

Hahaha, your posts always brighten my day. Smile

I've read all the comments on this thread a few times and have made a few mental notes for the future. Thank you very much fellas.

A joke to lighten the moment--Your dog is barking at the back door and your wife is yelling at the front door....which one do you let in?

Your dog. He will shut up once he is inside!!! Smile

My wife and I are a magic team, hence Evans & Evans.

We enjoy touring, performing and creating new and fun routines. Our house and life is filled with magic. It's a great life!!! Smile

Any of you ever lose a girlfriend/boyfriend wife/husband due to your magic obsession? It contributed to my most recent relationship demise. She even said that Paul Harris was my lover. Haha, ouch.

The breakup really hurt and now magic gives me a bitter taste. I can barely look at a deck of cards or my Lassen coin gaffs the same way...

Any advice from the more experienced magi?

Wow, I was a bit dramatic there. Acting like my hound dog died or somethin'.

I'm having a blast enjoying being single and flirting with women. I've got a great family, friends, work full time, about to graduate from college and I still love magic. No bitter taste. LOL..

If anyone is going true a rough patch just remember that things never stay the same. Keep moving forward!

I am really starting to worry about myself, MagicSanta is starting to make me laugh!

Good to see you are coming round, Doug. After all, "a woman is only woman" and no matter what MagicSanta says, you can always buy a cigar...

Well, Sig was trying to do things with the cigar that it wasn't meant to do. You are supposed to SMOKE them...

Not to mention, RK specified a GOOD cigar...
