I discovered the "Birch Stack' in some old notes from 1934 and have combined it with other innovative ways of handling this specail gaffed coin combination in an eBook called "Shook"
I have tried to make some videos but cannot, my arthritus is too advanced. So, I will have to rely on others to help me on that. You can have the eBook at No Charge in return for feedback and suggestions for making the expanations clearer -- possibly with photo or video support. Since this is a "Beyond the Box" category eBook requiring prior ShareBook participation, I'll wave that requirement and throw in the K&S GUIDE as well for anyone here with a lot of coin gaff skill.
