I probably didn't need to start another thread for this, but it did seem to be off topic from the "What beats a rabbit" thread. So, I'm wondering which Rocky you use. I've seen the raccoon, rabbit, skunk, and fox. Both the skunk and the fox were more expensive. And honestly, I don't think I'd use either of those in a show (personally). So, it's the rabbit or the raccoon. What's the general consensus on these two?

The rabbit is great for a production and a quick vanish if you want to give the impression that you are using a live animal. On the other hand I think Rocky would be a better choice if you want to work it into a routine.
Just my 2 cents... Enjoy,
Joe

I personally use the FOX and I like it because not many magicians are using the fox and it is very realistic in look.

Rocky II. I liked it before Burgess Meridith died.

I use the skunk, but the skunk is used throughout my act. I also have a stuffed skunk appear in a cage and use a skunk on a silk.

If I was you then I would use rocky but get the magic masters one NOT the magic makers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had one and it arrived with wonky ears and eyes that were so small you couldn't even see them and it had a hole in its belly, so I sent it back and I got sent 3 in the end and they was all bad, so use a magic masters one, not makers!!!

I use the skunk and "raccoon".
Bob has been called anything from a raccoon, to ferret, to squirrel..(by my audiences not by this nearly normal puppeteer) I have thought of adding the fox...but these days I am watching my output(expenses) on my Doctor of Laughology business.
