Jeff,
Have you checked with the local Vets right here in Bako? MMc |

No Mickey I haven't. I am looking for names from Minnesota that my uncle may have known. He did 3 tours in vietnam and died about 2 years ago. He wouldn't talk about it.
If I can't find a website I will ask the local vets. Thanks, Big Jeff |

Big Jeff,
Google POW/MIA and you will get several sites (government databases can be searched by state) which will probably help you out. Also search mn pow. Hope this helps.--JK |

You might want to try sites like classmates. If you know his unit you can likely get hold of a number of guys he served with and pretty much be certain those are ones willing to be contacted. I seriously doubt you will find anyone who is MIA.

I found what I was looking for, thank you all for your help.
I don't know my uncles unit #, he wouldn't talk about it with me. I was looking for a way to honor the POW/MIAs and wanted the name of someone my uncle might have known. I'm going back to Minn this summer and will ask some of the oldtimers in his town what unit # and if he knew the names I will have. Thanks again for all your help. Big Jeff |
