Onto Paper and then how would one go about Building it. I seen a picture and got a ideal of trying to bring it to Stage but the main thing is how do you go about figuring out the measurements and how to go about building it.

For an illusion, I used to begin by sitting on a large piece of kraft paper or cardboard and drawing the size needed to contain me. For a stage prop, I like to cut pieces from paper and tape them together to get a rough prototype. Later, I might make a prototype to scale using foamboard and a hot glue gun. This stuff is great for imagining and making ideas come to life.

Yep... cardboard or foam core, hot glue and gaffers tape. (+cheap plywood for anything structural)
