I just got off the phone with Danny Archer. It is confirmed I will be doing my mentalism lecture on Sunday Nov 8, sometime in the afternoon. Exact time to be determined.

I will also have a dealer's booth with most of my mentalism items available. Look forward to seeing many of you there.

For a small convention the Palace Station is fine... I am focusing in on what will happen at the convention...

We will be honoring with a Lifetime Achievement Award the one and only Larry Becker (we will be interviewing him as well)...

With about 60 days to go we have registrants from all over the US as well as from: Canada, Sweden, Finland, Israel, Turkey, Spain, Germany and Belgium...

With a great line-up of talent, this will be a great three days of Mentalism...

Now that the schedule for mindvention is posted I'm a little overwhelmed...lol...i will be rubbing elbows with the giants whose shoulders I stand upon...what an amazing opportunity.

I have 2 questions for minvention 'vetrans':

1) are there any 'unscheduled' after hours sessions/discussions? if so where? if not, should we 'schedule' some?

2) is there any simple way to identify 'cafe' members? if so, what? if not, should we set it up?

Sorry about that Sean... yes Jan another countryman of yours will be attending... to PMC there are sessions happening all over (check out the 24 hour coffee shop)... no plans to identify Café members as such...

the list of out of country attendees continues to grow...UK, Canada, Sweden, Israel, Belgium, Spain, Findland, India, the Netherlands, Singapore, Ireland, Germany and Australia!

I have sent an email asking attendees to volunteer to perform at one of the two different attendee shows... I think this way we will have a better show rather than waiting to ask at the last minute... I still need some more people for both shows... it would be great if one show was all acts from overseas...

I have a new mentalism effect myself that I hope to do at one of the shows...

Still plenty of time left to make your plans to join us for three jam packed days is Las Vegas...

That's an excellent idea - the conference doesn't start until 1:00 on the first day (sunday), that might make a good day to get together. Hopefully most people will arrive saturday night (so they could make a sunday breakfast)...
