It says " NO SKIL IS REQUIRED" and "A spectator can touch the rope, if so wished!!!" This should throw you more than enough hints.
It is only good for stage. And no examination. |

That trick is like a mineature "super walking knot". There is skill required, to make that knot in plain view requires practice.
