So we're all familiar with Yigal Mesika's "Electric Touch" but I was wondering if anyone remembered another similar product that came out prior to that. It accomplished them same thing but as I recall it was a belt unit and went for around twice as much (somewhere in the neighborhood of $300). Does anyone happen to remember the name of this effect and who made it?

The one that I am familiar with is Shocking.

I think the one you are referring too was made by Guy Bavli, I don't recall the name now. It was reported to be able to light a flourescent bulb, and was quite expensive.
