Ive been looking through all my supplier resources and cannot find a deck like this - thought I would toss it out and see if anyone knows of one:


its a deck where the cards are printed normal backs - but the faces are split half and half across the length - (not the width - such as the deck used for Knockout effect)

The top half would be printed as a normal deck

The bottom half would be printed as either a one way force, two way, or even three way...

so you would have this:

Na I don't think I've heard of this. You could try splitting but it will take forever.

I thought about splitting - but I would really like it to be seamless without a split in the center.

The knockout deck is like this, only vertical divided... :-(

I'm abit confused, bu aren't you talking about something from Dominique Duvivier?

I do not know if Dominique put out a gaffed deck like this or not... if he did, its no longer offered via suppliers.

If you mean top and bottom, so you could see 2 different cards, depending on the orientation of the deck, I've seen cards like this. It was an oil and water effect, I believe put out by Dan Harlan. Only a packet of a few cards, not a full deck. I know what you're gonna use this for and Cardshark could get the job done for this type of effect.

I am NOT familiar with the deck, but it looks like it might be what you are looking for. Just send them an e-mail to ask specifics (ie whether enough cards are split the correct way front and back)

Any reason you need to show that much of the normal card? If not, then check out the Monte Cristo deck. You can fan the cards to show them and then force a single card.

A monte cristo would work for what I want... but I havent found them available from any suppliers - murphys, mak, fun... no one...

Check with Neal Lester at cardsbymartin. He has the Monte Cristo deck listed as available on his site. He has provided me great service in the past.

Well - I ended up getting a few decks printed on non-bike stock... from one of those novelty deck printers... it was dirt cheap. For this effect, they do not need to be bikes - infact the way I use them ... cheap is GOOD cause they get messed up pretty quick.
