Can anyone tell me whether Goshman's "The Sun and Moon" routine is contained in J. B. Bob's "Modern Coin Magic" -- not the expanded hardback edition (which I don't own), but the Dover paperback edition?
I've searched and searched (and it's not listed in the index) through my copy of the Dover edition, but can't seem to find it anywhere therein (so if it IS in there, I'd be most grateful for a page number!). From Café searches I've verified it seems to be in the hardcover version (page 440 or so?) Of course, the Dover ed is only 358 pages. Still, I could have sworn I'd previously seen the routine within the Dover book, but perhaps my memory is playing tricks on me....
For a supernatural chiller mixing magic (prestidigitation, legerdemain) with Magic (occultism, mysticism), check out my novel MAGIC: AN OCCULT THRILLER at http://www.amazon.com/Magic-Occult-Thriller-Reed-Hall/dp/1453874836

I have both and I didn't realize how much in not in the Dover edition. I use the hardbound but had the Dover in a box of stuff I bought and I have never looked at in until now.
Thanks for pointing that out. TC |
