Thanks Brian and Anthony for all that great information. I'll definetly look into what you both said and give it a try .
Taboo, sounds cool. |

So, I've been thinking about what you said Anthony. I have a few questions about what you wrote though.
For anchoring, should I do this before the process described in "drug of choice" or during it? I know anchoring is where you visualize with all your senses that particular state. For example, "indifference" I could think of how that goes on when I'm drunk with all my senses related to what I feel indifference is, then when the feeling peaks and associate it with a number or simply the word "indifference". Then break the state in most normal cases, and test it to see if it stuck. Would I be doing this during the drinking sips of alcohol or do this before I begin doing the "drug of choice" routine (taking the sips)? I'm assuming I would probably be doing this while taking the sips. Also, in which case I wouldn't break the state but simply move on to the next sip/step. But I wanted to make sure. I plan on giving this a test run this week. |

I was suggesting that if familiar with the basic anchoring process you could prior to doing the DoC do your best to anchor at least a baseline of feeling the drunk you want to feel. Maybe more than one. I suggest you encourage this process by ensuring you get into state rather than anchor a memory. You can then add this into DoC.
This is of course an optional step and not required for the DoC. However in practice I have found when establishing a looped chain of mini anchors that having another that I can trigger on demand is a great way of the process gaining a smooth momentum. Pretty soon the need for anchors falls away and suggestion is all that is needed to recreate the state, feeling or response desired. When working with others of course it is much easier just to hypnotise them and get straight into this situation with suggestion rather than running patterns like the DoC. Ant

Talked with Jonathan Altfield a few hours ago. He's a nice guy and obviously knows a thing or two. I have to say I enjoyed watching Brian's drunk finger. I use the anchor: "Every time I hiccup you'll simply get drunker and drunker". I then act like a pished Dean Martin and before I know it... I kinda' go there with them. All good fun as I get them to sing 'That's Amore' with me.
Indeed I'm thinking of having an 'Amore Weekend'. Anyone interested? It'll cost us very little! bobser

I remember 'helping' a colleague that had liver problems. Under trance, I told her that if she ordered soda-water from the bar it would 'taste' exactly like her favourite white wine. Within the hour another friend pointed out to me that she was guttered (a Scottish term for being under the affluence of incahol). I very discreetly put her back into trance and sobered her up instantly. LOL
