What a great time we all had in Marion this year. In spite of challenging economic times, we had great attendance...in spite of ol' slooth foot, we had powerful encounters and our theme, "It's all about Him" rang true every day.
Thanks to everyone who made it all possible. Del Wilson- Thank you for your sensitivity as you worked to make this all about Him. You succeeded in making much to do about our awesome God! Thank you. The entire FCM board and leadership (kept general to avoid missing someone) - You all did a fabulous job. Keep up the good work. (If you need some hands and feet, give me a call...) PJ Weber - Thank you for hosting our late late nights in the North Hall. Sorry I missed you guys Thursday night...Steve V asked me as evening dealer hours were winding down if I could step in Friday morning and lecture for Cope (something came up) so I was up preparing for that... Duane Laflin - We all missed Mary. Thank you for coming out Wednesday night. I enjoyed Friday's lecture alot...most of all, your message in Hour of Power. I can't get it out of my heart. I don't think we tell each other near enough how we appreciate one another. Thank you for finding your place and knowing where God wants you...we all rejoice with you in your obediance (and benefit from it as well.) All my love to you and Mary, your family and your ministry. Be blessed!!! Joe Eddie Fairchild - Your illusions are awesome. Your friendship is a treasure. Thank you so much just for your fellowship. The Bible says, "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another." I always leave more engaged, more impacted and more challenged after we spend time together. Thank you for sharing and not hoarding all your knowledge. Let's get together soon and often! I'll see you soon in Sarasota. Thank you to all who stopped by to visit at our booth and for those who invested in their ministry while supporting us, I thank you. Thanks to my new friend Dr. Dan the Magic Man for engaging conversations until 3-4 am and for the encouragement at the booth. Your effort was appreciated and certainly not unnoticed. Let's work together to make Florida a better place to be for the Gospel performers... A BIG THANK YOU to my friend Ron for all his hard work. I couldn't do it without you brother! Three Bridges - Awesome guys...we'll see you soon. I expect to see that bowling ball briefcase next time we get together. If you missed this year, you need to get ready for next year...it will be another awesome week... Share your best memory form this convention. I would love to hear good reports... |

Gary, it was great to get to know you this year. I wish things would have settled down so we could have talked more.
This was a great convention year. We had several new performers which were excellent. For you that didn't go this year, you need to go next year!

You guys won't remember me but I had a great time at the convention. Gary, I enjoyed talking with you about moving to Florida, I hope to be moved within two years. Joey, I enjoyed your workshop and Late Night. Clyde, thank you for your help with the handcuffs, though I did get stuck once but I was able to get out.
There was a warm and friendly atmosphere as well as wonderful magic. I would encourage anyone to attend next year. Thanks.

What a great conference. I told my wife it was almost like a revival. I went to learn more magic tricks, (and did), but most of all the spirit of the Lord was there all week, and I truely believe this will help me to be a better gospel magacian. This was my first time, and most definitly not the last. Made new friends, plus I know now I can call on some of them older guys if I ever have any questions. Thank all of you that help to put the convention on. Can't wait till next year

I am so disappointed I couldn't go this year, but waiting for the dates to get them on my calendar for next year so I will definitely not miss it. It is one of the best conventions around, period.
The magic is not in our sleights and illusions, but instead in our ability to bring love and joy.

Our family had a great time at FCM this year!
I enjoyed the conversations we had, Gary! You are a class act. It was a great convention with some great talent, lecturers, and speakers. And the late, late, show... man, we had some good laughs, didn't we Joey!

That we did, Tim!
It was nice to actually meet the man behind the announcement CD. It really was... Really. Next year, let's just forget about sleep. It truly gets in the way.
