My buddy David entered a music remix contest. He took the supplied pop vocals and put them onto a pumped up klezmer-ska thing. His entry was hovering between first and second place in the voting. Being a true artist, he knew it needed a violin part. After having a friend add violin, he resubmitted; Going from 2nd place to 300th. This was against the advice of everyone he asked, except for me. But it truly was the right thing to do. So I was hoping you guys could help me appear to know what I'm talking about, and to encourage a really great guy to take chances and go with his gut. Any friend of yours is an unlucky fella. Your ideas about music are bad and you should feel bad.

Otherwise, I liked the music (Although not to my taste), but it seemed really busy. I think the Violin was nice, but might have just been too much. Could he drop the kazoo?

I realize it might have been too much for you. But it fits nicely in an average sized brain. The kazoo has been dropped, like you on your head as a child.

The second link gave me the contest introduction but no music. Am I missing something.

Head to head, the first one is way better 'cause it has music. So I voted for it.
