I always buy at minimum of 5 of whatever coins I am getting.
Most routines use 4 but it is nice to have the 5. Chris |

Check out Reed's "Coin Patriot" trailer. You're going to need at least 20....

I just got 5 Morgans with matching dates and uncirculated for $11 each at the local mall. What a deal! 20 Coins Mr. Kam! That's ridiculous. I'm going to have to go shopping!

I've had good luck checking for old coins at pawn shops and gold shops. There's a particular shop in Texas that sells soft Morgans for $4 each. I clean 'em out every time I'm down there.

If you're going to do any of the Slydini coins through the table material (which is GREAT for laymen in an impromptu setting, although fallen out of favor these days), you'll need six silver coins (whether silver dollars or 50 cent pieces). You'll want 6 because then you can do progressive phases with 4, then 2 and then only 1 coin.
The kind of coin is largely up to you. In the 1980s when I took a few lessons with him, Slydini used Peace dollars, but anything would have worked. |

Warning: I've been working with the "Patriot" material. You might not be able to pull off a couple of the effects, exactly as written, with Morgans. Unless you've got very large hands.
Get the video first, and then the Coins.
