Yes, that was Fox's episode (it premiered Fall 2008 on "MANswers").

I found a live clip of Fox at the Magic Castle.

Has his arms cuffed, and then put through a chest-loop. Interestingly, his arms never go completely up & over his head to escape.

Bottom line, the audience seemed entertained.

Joe is a real Gentleman and always puts everything into his escapes. I'm looking forward to seeing him again at the Cannons Escape Convention in October.

I don't know how many people saw this across the US and Canada. Spike really doesn't hit far over 1.0 in the nielsen ratings for many things other then UFC.
