Now that Trilogy has been out for a while -- and I am thinking about finally buying it -- I am wondering how it has stood the test of time. Is this material you use in your work, or did it just get put on the shelf? I am thinking it must be used, but I have found it best not to make assumptions What do you find yourself using the most from this series - both the flourishes, and most importantly, the tricks. Are they really killer as was first reported?

There is some great stuff on this set. There are three of the 'tricks' I regularly use and I learnt the Revolution Cut, Click Change and One Handed Riffle Shuffle off of these discs.
I am not so interested in the flourishes, so haven't put the time into learning them, but the material on this set si certainly impressive and if you are a card magician you will find a good few things of interest. |

I personally found that most of the tricks had to many bad angles and were very hard to do, so I tend to not use them because I would rether perform tricks which don't require too much effort of the slights.

I have the Andthensome DVD which is the bonus material to the trilogy. I got it for free so there is no bias in my opinion. I believe a lot of the material was put out just for the sake of being published on the DVD. I found a lot of the material to not be practical for real-world situations, but rather for just showing off to your magic buddies.
