I just wanted to know, after seeing videos of FISM 09, I wanted to know who's your favorite modern magician. And elaborate if they have or haven't inspired you in any way.
A huge inspiration for me was Yo Kato who tied first place with Seol-Hui Han in the manipulation round. His thimble and wand routine is absolutely amazing!  He got me into thimbles. :p

Who Inspired me was Soma because His Act was So much different then any act ive ever Seen, And Just seeing how his act has evolved in the past year to win FISM!

Greg Frewin really inspired me because he worked with doves and a feel of an act I had never seen before. He got me started in doves!

Soma deserved the Grand Prix! And Ferwin does have interesting ways in producing doves. I like the way he juggles and then tosses a ball behind his back and turns into a dove.
