Hello... We're in the process of building an electric chair illusion for an upcoming run. Unfortunately, the plans(Osborne)are lacking in great detail and not helpful at all really. Does anyone have information as to how one would safely connect the helmet piece? I assume a screw or bolt cannot be used as it would create a current through the "victim".
If anyone has any helpful information, it would be most appreciated. You may PM if you prefer... Thank you!

Many older instructions are quite vague and poorlt illustrated/ explained.
Perhaps the following site may be of help to you. http://goodmagic.com/websales/brill_electricchair/index.htm I saw Bill Boley perform it years ago at my first Abbotts Get Together. Kotah Kotah |

My friend Don Theobald, just released his video of the electric chair. He has presented this illusion for over 50 years - some great ideas on this new dvd if you are interested - $10.00 plus $3.00 s/h

I worked an electric chair that was build by John "Red" Trower. I am planning on building one myself soon. send me a private message and I can give you better details.
