Not that I'm aware of, and why should there be? Study the routine by Dai Vernon that is in Stars of Magic.
This is another sign of magicians, 'specially newer magicians. A good many never study what's been done before to fully understand what an effect should be like. Not every effect needs a million versions of the original. |

Never mind what I posted here in this 2nd post; didn't make a bit of sense. Well it did, but seems as I was posting it some how got changed. It was just my strange humor coming out anyway.

Also look into the work on this effect done by Ken Brooke, Mike Skinner, Jim Ryan, etc.
My routine, along with several other effects with finger rings and a bunch of other stuff, can be found in my ebook, "My Best to You, Volume 3: Close Up & Stand Up." The book contains 12 items: 5 close-up routines that don't use cards or coins, 4 routines for parlor/platform, and three routines for kids shows. It sells for $22.50 on my website, about halfway down on this page: http://www.scottfguinn.com/books.asp

R. Paul Wilson has a routine called One True Ring which is a three phase routine using only a single ring and wand that is certainly worth your time.
I have an unpublished routine that is probably the most visual I've seen. I'm including it in an upcoming set of lecture notes.

There is a Ross Bertram routine published in Genii a few years back with different moves. Bev Bergeron was not mentioned yet he has a good solid routine.

I still like the Jay Sankey's take on it, "Sterling Silver" and the one he does ring on wand with a bill.
