I don't want to have it custom made, it will be over my budget. Is someone selling this already?

Try P&A silks at http://pasilks.com/ I hope that $250 is in your price range.

Actually there is a new Happy Halloween banner silk that just came out. I designed it for P and A silks and it looks pretty good and will nost cost that much either. keep in mind that it is a banner silk deisgn and not your typical 36 inch.

The P & A Silks website and price list (2007) is rather oudated. I've been there just now and it doesn't have the Happy Halloween silks directly listed, but you can find it in the downloadable price list (link on their homepage).
The Halloween Silk can be ruchased in a 20th Century or Blendo set - or just on its own for around $75 (2007 price) - the size is 36 ins x 36 ins. Hope this helps, but better to email them direct for a recent price quote. |

So there is no decently-priced Happy Halloween silk?

If you want a Frankenstein silk set or a Haunted House silk set, I've seen them online at some dealers (like creativeartstore.com). However, they don't actually say "Happy Halloween" on them. And they are also a smaller size.
Aside from P&A silks, don't forget that Richard Hughes (hughesmagic.com) also has some Halloween themed silks. - Donald P.S. $75-$100 isn't that bad of a price for a P&A picture silk. I have one of their Mis-made Santa Silk Sets that's I'm very pleased with.

Thanks for the info, guys! I contacted Wonder Imagery, they can custom-made a pumpkin silk with Happy Halloween on it for $125, still that's pricey for my budget. I was thinking around $50 or so. Oh well, maybe next time.

I have a couple of silks made by Wonder Imagery. Tim does great work.

Do the Bob Sanders method of Sharpie drawing on the silk. Use a suit lining which is cheaper. Not as compressible but it will keep the cost down.
Tim's price is good. I would not do anything for anything less. Just too much work involved. Richard

The differance between cheap silk, and fine silk is vast. If you want a 36" Holloween silk for under $50 be careful because just might get your money's worth.

I absolutely agree. You get what you pay for. Quality does come with a price.

Sorry, Kyle, I have to disagree. Your "Blue and Gold" book is worth a lot more than the price. It is written with high quality creative information, but comes with a low fee. With your book, we get a lot more than what we paid for. Sorry again for the disagreement my friend.
