I've been playing with the ring and string incorparating a couple of the moves into my little routine and its greatly improved it. I luv the card under mat, absolute stunner. I did it down the bar and used a newspaper instead of a mat, worked like a charm. Haven't had time for the others yet, you get a lot for your buck and totally worth it, this is a great value package and the money goes to a worthy cause. Do yourself a favour and get a years worth of great stuff
